What is the Alliance, you ask?
The Alliance is a project group intended to encourage visual and literary artists to work together. I've felt for some time that the dA Literature Community can at times be somewhat insular - to its detriment. We in the Lit Community are also sometimes prone to griping about the lack of exposure our work receives when compared to that of visual artists. So in the spirit of ^thorns brilliant Complaint Challenge I thought I would try to do something about that. And so the Alliance was born!
Because I, your founder, have a deep and abiding love for the seasons, this group now hosts seasonal contests, and as the Winter Contest is now over, it is time for Spring. ^^; I
Single Stock ChallengeHello from the admins of #TheArtOfManipulation! It's time for a new Contest and this one is going to be BIG! :happybounce:
How it Will Work
For this contest, we are going to make things TOUGH. We will provide you with a list of stockers that you can choose from, however you only get to choose ONE stock artist and you must use all stock from that artist. And to make things even harder, you cannot use any human models, premade backgrounds, PNG cut-outs, or brushes (except the preset ones located in your software already). Also you MUST use a minimum of 3 stock images, there is no maximum :)

The Rules

Contest Drawing and Writing: Oc meet charactersThis is a new contest which I had a lot of votes in a poll I set up, this time its drawing my original characters with other characters from TV shows, Game's, Live action movies, Live action shows, Cartoon movies, Cartoon shows, Movies etc.
Example: You can draw Lila with Genie from Aladdin, You can draw Jade with Conner from Assassin creed 3, You can draw Swift Star with the mane 6. You can draw anything you wait as long as my characters are with another character from any media show TV shows, Game's, Live action movies, Live action shows, Cartoon movies, Cartoon shows, Movies etc.

3 Year Celebration Chibi Raffleomg you guys I hadn't even realized that May 4th was 3 years ; n ;.
DA has been a really amazing place for me. I've received so much support from a lot of people and it means so much to me! If I could draw something for everyone I would but sadly I can't :(.

Gerard's Twitter Icon WinnersGerard's Twitter icon contest had a lot of incredible entries, and I want to give them some recognition.
